永豐銀行為永豐金融控股100%持股子公司,於2013年進軍太陽能融資業務。As a 100% owned subsidiary of SinoPac Financial Holdings, Bank SinoPac entered the solar energy financing business in 2013.
永豐金融控股承諾2030年前自身營運淨零排放,2050年前達成全資產組合淨零排放。SinoPac Financial Holdings commits to achieve net zero emissions for its own operations by 2030 and net zero emissions for its entire asset portfolio by 2050.

建立線上綠電交易信託平台,以解決中小企業難取得綠電的問題。An online green power trading trust platform has been established to solve the problem of SMEs' difficulty in obtaining green power.
太陽能、綠電交易信託平台,或是地熱、小水力(設置未達2萬瓩(kW)之水力發電系統)這類新興再生能源的融資。Financing services are provided for solar energy, the green power trading trust platform, as well as emerging renewable energies such as geothermal and small hydropower (hydroelectric systems under 20,000 kW).

首先,企業第一步是碳盤查找出碳熱點,永豐銀行可依照企業需求引介合適的第三方盤查機構與認證。First, the initial step for enterprises is carbon inventory to identify carbon hotspots, and Bank SinoPac can introduce suitable third-party inventory and certification bodies according to the enterprise's needs.
其次,就要從高碳排的地方進行能源管理,例如結合相關業者協助客戶汰換耗能設備。Next, energy management needs to be implemented in areas with high carbon emissions, such as cooperating with relevant parties to assist clients in replacing energy-intensive equipment.
永豐銀行推出「綠電交易信託平台」,為再生能源建立專款專用的信託管理機制,在平台上讓用電者先匯款給售電業者,再由售電業者匯款給發電業者,過程中金流 皆受到永豐銀行信託把關。Bank SinoPac has launched a "Green Power Trading Trust Platform", establishing a dedicated trust management mechanism for renewable energy. On this platform, power users first remit payment to power sellers, who then remit payment to power generators, with SinoPac Trust overseeing the entire cash flow process.
台灣的數十家售電業者規模不一,對於較小的業者而言,透過信託機制可以提升交易方的安全性,吸引更多交易。With dozens of power selling companies of varying sizes in Taiwan, the trust mechanism can enhance transaction security for smaller players, attracting more deals.
同時也因為永豐銀行2013年就跨足太陽能設備融資業務,耕耘數年,以太陽能融資餘額的規模來看是市占第一,累積上千名發電業者客戶名單,在此基礎上,推 動平台時也更容易。Moreover, as Bank SinoPac ventured into solar equipment financing as early as 2013 and has cultivated the market for years, ranking first in terms of solar financing balance and accumulating a customer base of over a thousand power generators, it was easier to promote the platform building on this foundation.
此外,太陽能設備融資最大的難題就是融資款項龐大且年限長達15年,風險較大,很少同業願意「陪跑」。Furthermore, the biggest challenge in solar equipment financing is the large loan amount and long tenor of up to 15 years, posing higher risks that few peers are willing to take on.
永豐銀行便推行分期接續,「例如說把貸款期間拆成7+8或5+5+5年,後面有一個展延權的行使,使銀行更有獨立的裁決權,要不要參與。」Bank SinoPac has adopted a phased approach, "For instance, breaking the loan tenor into 7+8 or 5+5+5 years, with an extension option at the end, giving the bank more independent discretion on whether to participate or not."
走過這樣的歷程,也為現今推動永續金融打好地基,包括第三部曲減碳相關的諮詢服務、綠色金融商品;最後的永續連結貸款及淨零轉型融資業務專案,提供ESG 表現好的企業較優惠的貸款利率。
Going through this process has also laid a solid foundation for promoting sustainable finance today, including the third act of carbon reduction consulting services and green financial products; as well as the final act of sustainability-linked loans and net zero transition financing projects, offering preferential loan rates to enterprises with good ESG performance.
